Recommended dosage:

Take 1 tablet with plenty of liquid (300 ml), preferably before or after a workout. On rest days, take 1 tablet with plenty of liquid (300 ml) in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed.

Ingredients:

Tribulus terrestris extract (standardized to 40% saponins), maltodextrin, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), stabilizer [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)].

Ich habe Tribulus 2000 mg genommen, weil ich meinen natürlichen Testosteronhaushalt unterstützen wollte und regelmäßig Krafttraining mache. Mir war dabei eine vernünftige Dosierung wichtig, deshalb habe ich mich für diese Variante entschieden.
