Glutamin mit Geschmack wie Glutamine PRO lässt sich pur mit Wasser trinken. Neutrales Glutamin (MST® Glutamine 300 g bis 1000 g) eignet sich, wenn du es in einen Shake oder Saft mischen möchtest.

Wie nehme ich MST® Glutamine PRO ein?

1 Portion (7 g, 1 Messlöffel) in 200–300 ml Wasser auflösen, nach dem Training oder vor dem Schlafengehen. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden.
